The Community Arts team programme two gallery spaces at - Howden Park Centre in Livingston and Linlithgow Burgh Halls, Linlithgow.  Both buildings have recently reopened after extensive redevelopment and both feature a continuous exhibition programme, attracting developing & established artists.  Recent exhibiting artists have included Kate Downie, Alan Davie & Andy Goldsworthy.
