Trading Standards protect consumers and businesses in West Lothian by inspecting trader premises, testing equipment, sampling goods and investigating complaints.
If you need advice or wish to make a complaint about goods or services you have bought please contact Consumer Direct on 08454 040506. The advice and information they give is free and you can call as many times as you need to. Minicom users can call 08451 28 13 84. Calls are charged at no more than 4p per minute from a BT landline.
