West Lothian Council have recently launched a portal called West Lothian Local Pad which allows customers looking for Private lets to go online and search for properties available in West Lothian. This exciting new portal allows customers in West Lothian to have easier access to the Private Sector and offers advice and assistance on the website for people looking into Private Letting. All the Landlords and Letting Agents on the Portal are Registered Landlords. They are accredited by Landlord Accreditation Scotland which means they are working to Scottish Core Standards so you can have the peace of mind that your Landlord/Agent will be working to a high standards.
